Slayton, 29, arrives in Indianapolis with a track record that includes 4,435 career receiving yards and 22 touchdowns since being drafted in 2019. Last season he caught 37 passes for 538 yards and one touchdown in 14 games.
Slayton and Jones were part of the same 2019 draft class and were teammates for parts of six seasons before Jones was cut during the 2024 campaign. The pair’s history provides immediate familiarity on and off the field as Slayton integrates into the Colts’ offense.
