Titans overhaul business operations as team prepares to move into new stadium

As part of the changes, the organization announced adjustments to its business side as it prepares to open its new stadium next season, including the departure of three vice presidents and a shift in roles for longtime executive Adolpho Birch.

The Titans also said Adam Nuse, Erin Swartz and Charles Jensen will leave the organization as part of the business-department reorganization. Swartz had played a leading role in the club’s recent rebranding push, which included a new logo and uniforms that divided the fanbase, the New York Post reported.

In a related personnel move reported by the New York Post, longtime legal executive Adolpho Birch is shifting out of his legal leadership post and into a senior advisor role alongside ownership.

Business priorities tied to stadium transition

The overhaul is the capstone of an offseason-long effort to remake the organization’s business side ahead of next season’s stadium opening. Team leadership framed the changes as focused on concentrating revenue-generation, marketing strategy and communications under a single business chief to better align operations with the demands of a modern venue and expanded fan engagement.

Removing three vice presidents signals a push to professionalize the club’s front-office infrastructure as it prepares for the logistical and commercial complexity of a new facility.

The departures and the hiring plan are the most visible elements of a broader organizational overhaul the Titans have pursued throughout the offseason. Team officials framed the moves as proactive steps to position the franchise for the next phase of its business and football operations.

The announcements underline a clear priority: the franchise is reorganizing its business leadership as it prepares to open its new stadium next season and to meet the accompanying commercial challenges.
